Today’s card features the Jar of Flowers stamp set. This set is my favorite in the Annual Catalog and I use it often, but this time I created a Christmas card with it.
I started with the “Merry Christmas” sentiment from the Poinsettia Petals stamp set (another favorite from the June-Dec 2020 Catalog). The sentiment is inked up in Versamark and then dipped in Clear Emboss Powder, randomly stamped on Basic Black Cardstock and then heat set with the Heat Tool. The main sentiment is dipped in White Emboss Powder and fussy cut.
The Real Red and Whisper White Cardstocks are run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with different sizes of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.
The flowers and stems are stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and the Blends are used to color. Wink of Stella is added to the leaves and flowers. They are both fussy cut and added to the card with Dimensionals. The leaves from the Forever Flourishing Dies are added behind the cluster of flowers and Holiday Rhinestones are added.
The inside of the card and envelope are stamped and colored as well with the Blends for added interest to the entire project.
