On Sunday I created a Bloom & Grow Birthday Gift Set. I CASE’d (Copy And Selectively Edit) the catty once again for this design and color inspiration.
This is a photo of page 116 of the Annual Catalog.
As you can see I have changed the orientation and decided to use a different flower and sentiment. The flower was stamped in Smokey Slate ink and then I used a few Blends to color the flower.
The Stamparatus was used to stamp the sentiment and then the Stampin’ Write Marker was applied to create an ombre effect. A scalloped die-cut was added along with gingham ribbon and thread along with a few die-cut flowers and pearls.
To complete this project I created a small box. I stamped the sentiment in two different colors and then cut out the word “celebrate” and added it with. The box measures 3″ x 3″ x 1-3/4″. Perfect for a pair of earrings or a bracelet and some candy (see diagram for the box below).
