Hello. For today’s card I have paired the Stampin’ Up! Daisy Lane Stamp Set with the Medium Daisy Punch and the Scripty Embossing Folder for a fun Spring card.
I plan to be making multiples of this card and a few others that I have been creating so that I can get them ready for the mail this weekend in hopes that it will brighten someones day.
Following are the measurements and basic instructions.
Whisper White Cardstock = 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ score the long side at 4-1/4″ / scraps of white to punch out the Daisies (I also used scraps of vellum paper for my card, but you can stick with just white if you don’t have vellum paper).
Crumb Cake Cardstock = 4″ x 5-1/4″ (2 pieces) / 1 piece is a background layer and the other piece is embossed with the Scripty Embossing Folder and then die cut with the Rectangle Stitched Dies
Old Olive Cardstock = scraps for stamping leaves (these will be fussy cut)
Basic Black Cardstock = scrap for stamping sentiment
Inks = Crumb Cake (use a sponge to gently rub some ink over the Scripty embossed piece and around the edges of same piece) / Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Black Memento, Versamark (you will stamp the image with Versamark and then use White Embossing Powder and a Heat Tool to emboss the sentiment)
You can view the video on how to make this card over on my facebook group page by joining: www.facebook.com/groups/thepaperpapillon (video dated 3/22/20)
I hope this card brightens your day.
XOXO,
