Today I am sharing a two-page scrapbook layout that was created on last night’s Facebook Live.
Back in February I attended a Retreat hosted by my Upline, Erica Cerwin. I took lots of pictures that are sitting on my phone. When I pulled out the “Follow Your Art” DSP and the stamp set “It Starts with Art” I knew I wanted to take those pictures and put them on scrapbook pages using the creative stamps and bright papers. You can see both pages here and close ups of the details below.
On Page 1 I used the Stampin’ Markers in Calypso Coral and Pacific Point to do two colors on the stamp. The word “friend” comes from the Well Written die set. Scraps of cardstock were used to create the buttons around the heart. The charm that says “Made with Love” and felt pieces around the cut out glue gun came from the embellishment kit.
On Page 2 additional felt pieces are used around the scalloped circle. The outer edge of one of the heart. dies is placed on the white photo mat. I only adhered the top of the heart slightly so that I can insert a photo inside the heart. The spools of ribbon were colored with the Blender pens. The measurements and product list are below. You can also find a video on this project on my April 12th facebook live. The link to join is below.
DSP – Whisper White with ribbon/thread paper at the bottom of the pages = 2″ x 12″ (2 pieces) / Pacific Point – blue with paint brushes at the top of the pages = 2″ x 12″ (2 pieces) / colorful strips bordering the white photo mats = 1/2″ x 12″ (4 pieces) / Crushed Curry striped piece = 4″ x 12″ / Whisper White photo mats = 4″. 4″ (4 pieces) / Calypso Coral wave pieces were run through a retired die

I hope this brightens your day.
