How to Make Window Cards
Today I’m sharing with you How to Make a Window Card using the Plentiful Plants Bundle from Stampin’ Up! Followers of The Paper Papillon’s Facebook page got to see this project made live last night. I always go live on Thursday nights at 7pm EST so be sure you follow me over there so you can join the live next week!
This week I made not one, but TWO cards using the window technique. One technique is just on the front, where the other technique actually makes it function like a real window, showing you a peek of the inside of the card. I’ve listed all the materials I used down below, and you can check out my YouTube video for more in-depth details!
Window Card Colors
The colors used on these projects include Pear Pizzazz, Granny Apple Green, Old Olive, Balmy Blue, Misty Moonlight, Cinnamon Cider, Sahara Sand, Crushed Curry, Very Vanilla, and Cajun Craze. These colors really compliment one another. Stampin’ Up! makes it so easy to find the perfect colors for my projects!

Window Card Details
The two versions of this card show how you can make different window cards. The blue version actually opens up completely, revealing a sponged background, and then opens AGAIN revealing a space to write your message. The yellow version has a cute little roman curtain shade and doesn’t show through to the inside of the card.
Shopping by bundles with Stampin’ Up! makes it really easy to create lots of beautiful projects that can look different, using the same materials. Giving you more bang for your buck! I used the Plentiful Plants Bundle for these cards, which includes the Plentiful Plants stamp set and the coordinating Perfect Plants Dies.
