Prized Peony – Best Wishes

Today I am sharing a card I created on last night’s Facebook Live using the Prized Peony stamp set and the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper (DSP).  The Peony Garden DSP is inked lightly around the edges with the Petal Pink Stamp Pad and adhered to the Gray Granite base.

The largest flower in the stamp set is inked in a Gray Granite Stamp Pad and then splatter with a Gray Granite Stampin’ Write Marker.  Then wrap three strands of Linen Thread to the front of this piece and tape to the back to secure thread.

Then take the small piece of DSP and adhere the Organdy Striped Ribbon in an accordion fold. Cut a Vellum Doily in half and add to the back of the strip with Tear & Tape.  Place Dimensionals on the top of the strip and add to the card. Tie a bow with another piece of Linen Thread and add the flowers with a Mini Glue Dot.  Stamp a sentiment on the Stitched Rectangle and add gems.

Add the the strip of DSP to the Basic White Cardstock and then to the Petal Pink Cardstock and adhere to the inside of the card.

Don’t forget to decorate the envelope for a finished look!
